Project Manager Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing global industrial projects from feasibility studies to construction and commissioning.

  • Plan and execute global industrial projects, including capex initiatives and asset management.
  • Lead the evaluation and planning of financial and sustainable performance.
  • Define critical equipment per depot based on business contingency risk analysis and implement preventive maintenance.

Key responsibilities include managing project budgets, contracts, invoicing, and payment procedures in line with STC financial management procedures.

To succeed in this role, you must have a degree holder or above, minimum 10 years of design and project management experience, proficiency in 2D AutoCAD design and drafting, and knowledge of architectural, structural, mechanical/electrical engineering, and construction contract laws.

Required Skills: Strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, project management skills, experience with design and drafting software, knowledge of construction contract laws.
