Job Description

Role & Responsibilities
  • This position is for a stakeholder engagement expert.
  • Project Management, Coordination & Collaboration:
    • Oversee project coordination and lead committees to ensure that project deliveries meet stakeholder expectations.
    • Manage relationships between the organization and its contractors.
    • Collaborate with project managers and external consultants to understand stakeholder needs.
    • Act as a liaison between project teams and stakeholders.
    • Ensure proper handover of spaces during renovation works.
  • Space Planning:
    • Co-Lead the design process to create innovative workspace solutions.
    • Align design concepts with organizational feedback and culture.
    • Assist in space planning initiatives to optimize resource allocation.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
    • Prepare regular stakeholder engagement reports for senior leadership.
    • Maintain accurate records of stakeholder interactions.
  • Issue Management & Conflict Resolution:
    • Proactively identify potential risks or concerns impacting stakeholder relationships.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Evaluate and improve stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Strategy:
    • Develop a comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategy.
    • Establish positive relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Relevant degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, project management, and space planning.
  • Leadership skills: ability to motivate teams and manage projects effectively.
  • Communication skills: excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Relationship-building skills: ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving skills: ability to identify and resolve problems effectively.
  • Technical skills: familiar with project management tools and space management software.
