We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our suppliers and their products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain supplier quality performance metrics and monitor key quality indicators.
  • Work closely with design engineers and customers to develop equipment validation plans and testing protocols.
  • Ensure product requirements are met and compliance is maintained through regular audits and inspections.
  • Initiate corrective action reports and resolve non-conformance issues with suppliers.
  • Develop and implement efficient document control and database filing systems.
  • Support training programs and lead continuous improvement activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Strong understanding of engineering drawings and specifications, including GD&T skills.
  • Able to perform inspections using measuring equipment.
  • Experience with supplier quality management and problem-solving tools like fishbone diagrams and FMEA.
  • Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to multitask.
