About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Funeral Advisor/Senior Funeral Advisor to join our team at SINGAPORE CASKET COMPANY (PRIVATE) LIMITED.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To attend to customers' enquiries and arrange the funeral service and follow-ups in a timely and professional manner.
  • To explain religious rituals and rites for different dialects, ensuring that customers receive accurate and sensitive information.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues as part of a high-performing team, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
  • To serve customers with courtesy and respect, providing exceptional customer experience throughout their interaction with us.
  • To proactively reach out to customers, building strong relationships and fostering loyalty.
  • To undertake other duties as required, embracing opportunities to grow and develop within the company.

Requirements:

  • A minimum 'N' Level qualification or equivalent.
  • Excellent command of English and Mandarin languages, both written and spoken.
  • Pleasant personality, customer-focused, independent, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in the service industry, with on-the-job training provided.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
  • Valid Class 3/3A driving license is an advantage.
