Job Title: Chief Research Coordination Officer

Job Summary:

The Office of the Chief Research Coordination Officer is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Senior Office of Research Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating research activities in collaborative environments.

  • Foster collaboration between stakeholders to drive research initiatives forward.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure timely execution of complex research agreements.
  • Negotiate and manage research collaborations with various institutions and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigate risks associated with contract development and execution.
  • Streamline contract processing while maintaining high standards of governance.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support special projects within the office.
  • Contribute to the development of research policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare or science-related field, supplemented by 6-8 years of relevant work experience.
  • Ability to comprehend grant application requirements, scientific terminology, and medical jargon.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
