Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Enterprise Solutions Architect to join our team. As part of our Customer Success department, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.

  • Design and implement large-scale enterprise solutions using Agile methodologies.
  • Translate client requirements into clear project plans and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Oversee timelines, risks, deliverables, and integrations.
  • Support client demos, documentation, and post-deployment reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in enterprise software development or background in e-commerce/project management (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (PMP certification preferred).
  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with project/collaboration tools (e.g., ClickUp, Figma).
