Job Title: F&B Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Support:
    • We are seeking a highly organized individual to assist with daily operations, including stall opening and closing procedures.
    • Maintain accurate inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and manage orders for efficient service delivery.
    • Ensure high-quality food preparation and product arrangement meets our stringent standards.
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the day.
  • Staff Assistance:
    • Support the management team in supervising staff activities and providing guidance where needed.
    • Act as point of contact for team members in the absence of their supervisor.
    • Train new staff members on operational procedures and excellent customer service practices.
  • Customer Service:
    • Interact with customers in a professional manner, addressing inquiries and resolving minor complaints promptly.
    • Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and ensuring smooth transactions.
    • Promote new products or specials to increase sales and drive revenue growth.
  • Financial Assistance:
    • Assist with handling cash transactions, digital payments, and managing daily sales activity.
    • Support the preparation of financial reports and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
    • Ensure seamless payment processing and maintain accurate billing records.
  • Compliance and Safety:
    • Maintain vigilance over hygiene and safety standards to meet regulatory requirements.
    • Conduct regular checks to ensure cleanliness and food/product safety protocols are in place.
    • Report any compliance or safety concerns to the management team.
  • Marketing and Promotion:
    • Collaborate with the management team to implement promotional strategies and events that drive customer engagement.
    • Maintain visual appeal of the workspace (e.g., displays, signage) to create an inviting atmosphere.
    • Collect feedback from customers to inform service improvements or product development.
  • Problem-Solving:
    • Address minor operational issues, such as equipment malfunctions or supply shortages.
    • Manage conflicts between staff or customers in a fair and professional manner.
    • Offer suggestions to improve workflow efficiency and enhance overall performance.
