Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing of clients in the Construction, Marine, and Process (CMP) Sectors
  • Monitoring the hiring process to ensure no hiccup
  • Proactively connect with existing clients to build good relationships
  • Sourcing of potential new clients via cold callings, emails marketing, social media platforms, and etc.
  • Conduct screening of candidates and follow up interviews if required by the clients

Requirements:
  • Certificate of Employment Intermediary (CEI-Basic)
  • Applicants with experiences in placement of foreign workers from Bangladesh, India, and NTS countries will be advantageous
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive working attitude, target-driven, and a team player
