Unlocking New Insights into Ecological Systems

Nanyang Technological University strives to drive groundbreaking research that sheds new light on ecological processes.

In pursuit of this goal, we invite talented professionals to join our research team as a research assistant/associate/fellow. This role involves working at the intersection of DNA barcoding, photographic documentation, and stable isotope analysis.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze invertebrate DNA for identification purposes.
  • Create visual records of collected specimens.
  • Investigate ecosystem dynamics using stable isotopes.
  • Manage logistical aspects of ongoing projects.
  • Supervise student research initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

The successful candidate should have a Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution in a relevant field. They must demonstrate proficiency in entomology, molecular biology, and data interpretation.

Experience with stable isotope equipment would be beneficial but is not required.
