Job Title: Pipe Fitter
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Pipe Fitter. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, installing, maintaining, and repairing piping systems for various applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and piping diagrams.
  • Measure, cut, thread, bend, and weld pipes according to project specifications.
  • Assemble and secure pipes using welding, soldering, brazing, and cementing techniques.
  • Install pipes, valves, and fittings onto walls, tanks, and other structures.
  • Inspect and test piping systems using pressure gauges and hydrostatic testing.
  • Diagnose and repair leaks, blockages, and damaged pipes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
  • Operate specialized tools such as pipe cutters, threaders, and bending machines.
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members.

Requirements:Education & Certification:
  • Minimum Higher Nitec or equivalent qualification.
  • BCSS / CSOC certification is required.
  • Certifications in Work at Height, Scissor Lift, and Manhole Safety are preferred.

Skills & Experience:
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in pipefitting or a related trade.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong mechanical skills and proficiency in using pipefitting tools.
  • Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy materials and work in demanding environments.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and repair piping issues.
  • Good communication skills and a responsible, detail-oriented work attitude.
