About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping national plans to establish Singapore as a global hub for intangible assets (IA) and intellectual property (IP).

You will make significant contributions to the development and implementation of IP-related policies and initiatives that support creators, innovators, and enterprises in unlocking the value of their intangible assets for business growth.

In this role, you will plan, coordinate, and deliver economic research and statistical analysis to support policy and programme formulation.

This data-driven approach is critical to help us achieve stronger outcomes from our policies and programmes.
What You Will Be Working On:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic economic research and statistical analysis to inform policy decisions
  • Contribute to organisational strategies by conducting practice-oriented and quantitative research
  • Frame narratives around IP and innovation, and support efforts to build Singapore's innovation and IP ecosystem
  • Explore collaboration opportunities with industry partners, overseas IP offices, and international organisations
  • Promote Singapore's interests at international IP economics and statistics-related forums

Key Requirements:

We are Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has strong proficiency in econometrics and statistical analysis
  • CAN communicate complex ideas effectively and logically
  • Can work independently and collaboratively across teams and agencies
  • Has relevant experience in economics, data science, or statistics
