Insurance Customer Service Advocate

At Recruit Express Pte Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients, ensuring seamless communication, and driving business growth.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Assisting with outbound calls to persuade renewal customers to renew their personal insurance policies
- Evaluating client needs and tailoring responses to meet their expectations
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for individual and team performance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve processes
- Performing other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Benefits and Salary InformationThis full-time/contract 12-month position offers a competitive compensation package including up to $ bonus. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
