**Job Description:**

We are looking for a Senior Risk Manager to join our team in South East Asia & Oceania. The successful candidate will have experience in risk management, financial analysis, and business operations.

The role involves managing financial performance, budgeting, and reporting for our subsidiaries. This includes identifying cost drivers, creating presentations for management, and aggregating data to generate sales and profit reports.

The Senior Risk Manager will also be responsible for evaluating business KPIs, managing marketing expenses, and establishing allocation factors. In addition, they will conduct routine audit reporting, ad-hoc project management, and consolidate entity results.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Conduct financial performance analysis and identify cost drivers.
  2. Create presentations for management and aggregate data to generate sales and profit reports.
  3. Evaluate business KPI performance and make simulations to find out the reasons for low achievements.
  4. Manage internal regional marketing expense process and partner with stakeholders across business units.
  5. Establish and apply allocation factors/methodology for proper allocation of regional office costs to local subsidiaries.
