Job Description

The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in building sales and growing our company by promoting and selling our educational products and programs. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop sales strategies to promote our enrichment programs and services to increase revenue and customer base.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they are satisfied with our services and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Sales Performance Management: Set, analyse and achieve sales targets to guide sales performance in the organisation, evaluate and monitor productivity against business objectives, and identify factors that affect sales operations in stores.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Regularly report on sales performance, providing analysis and recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma and above in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a sales executive or in a similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of the education industry, particularly coding and STEM education.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
