AI Design Strategist

About the Job:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our AI design practice. As Lead AI Design Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing frameworks that deliver exceptional user experiences across our CIB platforms.

  • You will create comprehensive playbooks for designing AI tools, incorporating conversational UX, agent-based design, co-pilot interactions, intelligent automation, and explainability.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including product owners, business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineers, to drive alignment and ensure seamless execution.

Your Responsibilities:

We're looking for a skilled professional with expertise in designing products for fintech and large corporate banking platforms. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining frameworks for AI tool design.
  • Collaborating with research, analytics, and value capture teams to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Cocooning and mentoring design teams to enhance their skills in designing for AI tools.
