We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our strategic implementation efforts.
The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of business acumen, project management expertise, and leadership skills to drive successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans that align with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Project Management Expertise:
- Leverage project management methodologies to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to stakeholder satisfaction.
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Oversee project teams to ensure effective coordination among internal stakeholders, vendors, and consultants.
Risk Management and Problem Resolution:
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
- Address implementation challenges proactively, leveraging data-driven insights to resolve issues and optimize outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), Agile Scrum, or ERP-specific certifications highly desirable.
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in project management or strategic implementation, with at least 3-5 years leading large-scale initiatives.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and working with external vendors or consultants.
Skills:
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate high-level goals into actionable project plans.
- Exceptional project management skills, including proficiency with tools like MS Project, Jira, or Asana.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Expertise in change management and driving organizational adoption of new systems or processes.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and mitigate risks.
- Familiarity with EPM (e.g. OneStream, Tagetik) and ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite) or other enterprise technologies a plus.
