The role of a Senior Visual Merchandiser involves conceptualizing and implementing attractive, creative, and innovative store displays in accordance with the company's plans and guidelines. This position requires working closely with franchise partners to create visually appealing in-store and window displays.
The Senior Visual Merchandiser is responsible for reviewing visual merchandise reports, providing comments, and optimizing the use of visual assets such as fixtures, props, and marketing materials. Additionally, this role entails maintaining current marketing and creative layers, undertaking monthly VM-related administration procedures like budgeting, prop sourcing, and VM store visit reports, raising quotations, and supporting projects when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the visual merchandise industry (preferably 2 years of relevant work experience)
- Diploma or degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Merchandising, Exhibition Design, Visual Communications, or similar field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and visually
- Strong time management abilities and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- Motivation, organization, and attention to detail are essential for independent work
