We are seeking an Executive Head Chef to join our team at APM Restaurant PTE. LTD.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced chef to lead our kitchen team and contribute to the success of our restaurant.
Job Description- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and delight our customers, ensuring that all food meets the highest quality standards and is served on time.
- Plan and design menu offerings, including plating presentation, to enhance the dining experience.
- Coordinate and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed to maintain a smooth and efficient operation.
- Hire, train, and develop staff to prepare and cook all menu items, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, ordering ingredients and equipment as necessary to ensure we have what we need to deliver exceptional service.
- Enforce best practices for safety and sanitation in the kitchen, ensuring a clean and healthy environment for our staff and customers.
- Create new recipes to regularly update our menu offerings, staying ahead of industry trends and customer preferences.
- Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date with the latest culinary techniques and innovations.
- Gather feedback from staff and customers to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth.

We offer a competitive salary of SGD $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
