R&D Engineer Role Overview

We are seeking a talented R&D Engineer to join our team in conducting research and development activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in materials science and laboratory experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assigned research activities supporting the design of new products to customer or industry specifications.
  • Analyze technical data, assist in planning, coordination, and problem-solving in the project execution.
  • Perform intermediate troubleshooting or analysis; problems require interpretation of data using generally prescribed procedures.
  • Assist with the review and updating of product data sheets and technical data packages.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of work area, laboratory instruments and equipment.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Materials Science or related field.
  • A minimum of two to four years of laboratory experience.
  • Knowledge and formulation experience of thick film paste/ink is a plus.
  • Familiarity of Six Sigma methodology such as statistical analysis is preferred.
