Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Branch Manager and Operation Manager to ensure smooth daily operations of the store
  • Manage and lead a team of nail technicians and customer service officers
  • Responsible for achieving optimal sales
  • Oversee outlet stocks inventory and control
  • Provide professional services in manicure, pedicure, including nail art, gel acrylic, cuticle removal, shaping, massage, etc.
  • Recommend suitable products and treatments to customers
  • Build and establish good rapport with customers
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in the nail and beauty service industry
  • Well-groomed
  • Positive attitude, persuasive, ambitious, aggressive, sales-driven
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and service-oriented
  • Excellent leadership skills to lead and motivate staff
  • Able to speak English and Mandarin is an advantage to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
