Job Title: Senior Digital Transformation Manager

As a Senior Digital Transformation Manager, you will play a critical role in driving our organization's digital transformation journey. You will lead cross-functional teams to identify and leverage IT opportunities that enhance operational efficiency, improve visibility, and drive continuous improvement.

Digital Transformation Initiatives:
We are seeking an experienced professional to plan, execute, and oversee end-to-end digital transformation projects. This includes ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic business objectives.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:
You will lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance. This will ensure successful project execution and innovation.

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management:
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, manage expectations, and drive change adoption. Implement structured change management strategies to support business transformation and solution sustainability.

Data Security & Regulatory Compliance:
Act as a Data Protection Officer and implement data security policies and best practices to protect sensitive information. Ensure all digital solutions and operations comply with relevant regulatory and industry standards.

Governance, Risk Management & Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date SOPs, audit logs, and project documentation to support transparency, risk management, and audit readiness.

Strategic Reporting & Insights:
Deliver timely and insightful reports to management, providing visibility into project status, key performance indicators, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field is required. Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in IT, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership role. Strong proficiency in IT infrastructure, data analytics, business intelligence tools, and process automation. Solid understanding of AI integration, cybersecurity principles, and current/emerging technology trends. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Proficient in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
