Nurturing Childcare Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children in their care. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create engaging activities that promote learning and development.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality childcare services ensuring the well-being and safety of children at all times;
- Maintain a clean and hygienic environment for children within the premises;
- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities to engage children and promote their learning and development;
- Provide administrative support as required, including accompanying children to hospitals or Voluntary Children's Homes (VCHs) for placement;
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least one year of experience in caring for children aged 0-12 years old;
- A minimum O Level or Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field;
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred but not required;
- The ability to pass a background check;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Patient, empathetic, and genuine love for children;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively;
- Willingness to undergo additional training and professional development as required.
