Job Title: Petrochemical Operations Coordinator

About the Role:

This role is a key member of our operations team, responsible for ensuring seamless cargo logistics. The successful candidate will work closely with our operations team to guarantee every cargo operation runs smoothly.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with the operations team to ensure efficient cargo operations.
  • Provide timely and accurate cargo nominations.
  • Liaise with terminals and counterparties for effective product loading.
  • Review and counter contracts based on deal recaps.
  • Ensure all trade finance and billing processes are in order.
  • Verify operational data in the system for analysis and reporting.
  • Perform ad-hoc responsibilities as delegated by the trading team.
Requirements:
  • Degree or diploma in a relevant field such as Petrochemical, Chemical, Business, Shipping, Logistics.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Experience in LPG operations is preferred.
