About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and talented individual to create exquisite pieces of jewelry, from initial design concept to final polishing stage. Our ideal candidate will have excellent skills in metalworking, casting, and stone setting, with a keen eye for detail and ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Designing Jewelry: Collaborate with clients to create custom designs based on their preferences and budget. Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software or sketch by hand to bring concepts to life.
  • Metalworking: Melt and alloy metals to achieve desired colors, strengths, and consistencies. Shape and mold metal using techniques like casting, forging, and soldering.
  • Casting and Shaping: Pour molten gold into molds to create base shapes, refining or finishing pieces through techniques like hammering, rolling, or polishing.
  • Stone Setting: Set precious or semi-precious stones into metal using various setting techniques like prong, bezel, or pave settings.
  • Finishing and Polishing: Smooth rough edges and surfaces to achieve high-quality finishes. Polish pieces using specialized tools to enhance shine and detail.
Requirements
  • Possess strong technical skills in metalworking, casting, and stone setting.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to meet quality standards.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
