Radiology IT Specialist

This role serves as the operational bridge between Radiological clinical services and IT systems, ensuring that technology solutions are aligned with clinical workflows and service delivery.
">The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing informatics initiatives, including AI platforms, imaging technologies, and digital systems. They will coordinate across Radiology, Informatics, and IT teams to ensure secure, efficient, and scalable integration of systems that support diagnostic imaging operations.
">Key Responsibilities:
- ">
- Project Management and Operations (70% of time): Lead operationalization and management of Radiology IT projects including AI technologies, 3D imaging, 3D printing, and other emerging platforms.">
- Intra-cluster Processes and Services (25% of time): Manage and optimize intra-cluster referral processes, oversee leasing arrangements for equipment and services, and coordinate outsourcing of services as needed.">
- Data Analysis and Process Improvement (5% of time): Conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement in departmental processes and propose and implement process improvements based on data-driven insights.">
The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in Business IT, Information Technology, Diagnostic Radiography, Health Informatics, or a related field. They should possess at least 2 years of specialized or relevant experience in contract management and vendor relations or Information Technology environment, preferably in a healthcare setting.
