Role Overview

This position is part of a community relations team, focused on delivering exceptional service standards.

Collaborate with outsourced facilities management to engage residents and stakeholders, enhancing overall satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop initiatives to engage residents and facilitate conversations, enhancing precinct value.
  2. Enhance residents' experience by identifying and developing sustainable programs and events, promoting a sense of belonging.
  3. Maintain up-to-date communication materials, ensuring current and relevant information.
Brand and Marketing Communications
  1. Ensure website and social media accounts are updated with fresh content.
  2. Solicit privileges and discounts for residents and stakeholders.
  3. Liaise with marketing teams for branding and collaborative opportunities.
  4. Assist the communications team with media queries.
  5. Coordinate visits, including filming requests, enhancing the development's value proposition.
  6. Produce newsletters and communication materials.
  7. Monitor media for news and updates.
Engagement of Residents
  1. Work closely with facilities management as the first point of contact.
  2. Handle feedback, complaints, and enquiries efficiently, escalating and coordinating with relevant parties.
  3. Establish formal and informal engagement channels with residents and stakeholders.
Community & Residents Engagement Events and Activities
  1. Collaborate with facilities management to organize events for placemaking and engagement.
General Manager's Office & Administrative Functions
  1. Execute duties assigned by the general manager.
  2. Provide ad-hoc assistance on procurement processes.
  3. Perform other projects or duties assigned.
Requirements
  • Degree in a related field, with 2-3 years of working experience.
  • Customer relations and administrative experience an advantage.
  • Strong administrative skills that add value to the team.
  • Passion for helping and assisting people.
  • Calm and composed under pressure.
  • Pro-active with initiative.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under time pressure.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office an advantage.
