Job Role:

We are seeking a highly effective career advisor to join our team in creating impactful employment solutions.

In this position, you will support our efforts to create integrated employment opportunities for jobseekers and working people.

Responsibilities:
  • Coach jobseekers to achieve their goals, such as finding employment and improving their employability.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure efficient operations of our services.
  • Develop outreach initiatives to promote our career services to individuals.
  • Analyse and provide recommendations for jobseekers to improve their chances of finding employment.
  • Use career coaching techniques to drive successful job matching outcomes for jobseekers and working people.
  • Monitor and track the progress of jobseekers, and follow up if they are unable to find employment in a timely manner.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders, including government and private partners.
  • Liaise with training providers to deliver employment facilitation services to stakeholders.
  • Manage the deployment of coaches for outreach engagement and monitor their performance.
  • Handle feedback and appeals from various channels related to our services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years experience in job matching, recruitment, human resources, career coaching, or social work.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to engage jobseekers, network, and collaborate with others.
  • Good analytical skills, with the ability to write reports and case notes independently.
  • A growing leader with good relationship management skills.
  • Ability to identify gaps and suggest process improvements.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, resilient, and able to multitask.
  • Meticulous with good time management and organisation skills.
