Customer Service Team Member

As a valued member of our customer service team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and contributing to the smooth operation of our front-of-house operations.

We welcome friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join us in a dynamic and supportive environment where full training is provided for those new to hospitality.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
  2. Take food and drink orders accurately
  3. Serve dishes and beverages promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
  4. Clear and reset tables efficiently
  5. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area
  6. Respond to customer queries and resolve basic issues professionally
  7. Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service
  8. Handle cashier duties as needed
  9. FOLLOW SAFETY AND HYGIENE STANDARDS
  10. Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management
