As a Project Coordinator at CONSTRUKT PTE. LTD., you will be responsible for ensuring all Authorities procedures and information are properly documented.

\

You will also ensure site progress is met in accordance with the master programme, including updating all the latest details, information, drawings, and documents in the office and on-site.

\

Your duties will include preparing drawings and shop drawings in a timely manner, as well as ensuring documents and drawings are kept both in hard and soft copy in a timely and proper manner.

\

You will track the progress of delivery and quality of materials in accordance with the construction schedule to prevent delays, assist in the tendering process, and perform take-offs and any calculations as required.

\

You will attend meetings and assist with the determination of project requirements when requested, effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team, and ensure clients' needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.

\

You will understand the project plans and specifications and explain them to all general workers and/or clients when needed, monitor and control all sub-contractors' and project programme status, maintain positive relationships with clients, architects, consultants, authorities, all contractors, suppliers, and any other relevant personnel.

\

You will maintain an organized and safe workplace, communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and develop this attitude in others.

\

You will keep the Project Manager (PM) and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations, and report to the PM daily on-site status, performing any other tasks and duties as instructed by management.
