Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team at Caring Fleet Services Limited.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our fleet, ensuring timely delivery of services, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. They will work closely with the Operation Manager to develop and implement strategies that improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate daily fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance schedules and driver allocation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist the Operation Manager in planning and implementing new projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on fleet performance, customer feedback, and other key metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Logistics) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a logistics or transportation industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Class 3 driving license and/or bus vocational license.
- Knowledge of inventory management, data entry, and basic computer skills.
- Experience working with elderly populations.
- Personal relation skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
