Job Summary

As a key member of our food and beverage service team, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Crew Member to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day operations according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and providing friendly and efficient customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and plate food for counter service
  • Cook and mix rice
  • Assist with kitchen preparation work and mise en place
  • Conduct stock-taking and replenish required ingredients
  • Clean and wash all used service and kitchen tools, equipment, and workstations
  • Sweep and mop floors

Requirements include being able to multitask, maintain quality control, and demonstrate excellent cooking skills and customer satisfaction. Training will be provided to ensure success in this role.
