Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Help Estate Administrator to join our team at SAVILLS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of estate administration, including station management and client support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manning Help Estates and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations;
  • Coordinating workstation assignments and issuing keys to clients based on established procedures;
  • Booking facilities and communicating with technical teams regarding booking or event requirements;
  • Compiling monthly reports for Senior Facilities Managers to track staff suggestions, complaints, breakdowns, and other key metrics;
  • Maintaining fault reports via computerized systems, phone calls, and emails while monitoring KPIs;
  • Generating monthly reports and analyzing trends;
  • Performing additional duties as stipulated by the client;
Requirements:
  • Diploma holder or equivalent with 3 years of relevant working experience;
Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess excellent administrative skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, is highly desirable.

A competitive salary of SGD $45,000 - $55,000 per annum is offered to the successful candidate, commensurate with experience. This role presents an excellent opportunity to grow professionally and develop new skills within a dynamic organization.
