Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the Chief Data and Analytics group, you will be responsible for supporting business processes related to data management and analytics solutions to enhance data quality at scale.

Your role will involve analyzing data to define quality metrics for strategic decision-making and driving initiatives to improve the accuracy of client data used in critical business decisions.

You will be expected to interpret analysis results using various techniques, create executive-level dashboards for presenting data quality metrics, and collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver requirements such as data flow diagrams and functional specifications.

Additionally, you will conduct critical data workshops with stakeholders to develop requirements and manage dependencies across teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience as a Data Analyst
  • Proficiency in Advanced SQL and Python
  • Experience with dashboard tools like PowerBI and Tableau
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel
