About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to provide top-notch guest services, ensuring that every stay is memorable and exceeds expectations. As a Guest Services Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing warm welcomes, responding to queries, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Services: Provide a warm welcome to guests, introduce yourself, and offer assistance throughout their stay.
  • Query Resolution: Respond promptly to guest queries, coordinate with other departments to resolve issues, and follow up to ensure maximum satisfaction.
  • Coordination: Collect information about guests' plans, pre-reservation services, special dietary requests, allergies, or safety conditions, and coordinate with concerned departments to ensure a memorable experience.
  • Accuracy: Verify guest details, input them into the system correctly, and check all information on registration cards for accuracy.
  • Document Management: Ensure all guest documents are filled, registered, and confirmed by resort management.

  • Team Player: Demonstrate strong team mentality and willingness to assist colleagues as needed.
  • Flexibility: Work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Physical Demands: Stand for long periods, requiring stamina and physical endurance.

What You'll Bring

In addition to a positive attitude and excellent communication skills, you'll possess relevant qualifications and experience in customer-facing roles. You'll also have proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office, and be able to adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
