Fund Operations and Administration Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing daily fund transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, switches, and transfers. You will ensure that all transactions are completed in accordance with internal procedures.

  • Reconcile fund accounts, cash balances, and transaction records on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to identify any discrepancies. Resolve these discrepancies with custodians, fund managers, and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date fund documentation and records in both physical and digital formats.
Key Responsibilities:

You will administer day-to-day fund operations to ensure seamless transactions and data management. This will involve collaborating with internal departments to facilitate cross-functional operations and drive efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies by maintaining accurate records and adhering to strict confidentiality standards.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and suggest enhancements to operational workflows.
  • Work closely with other departments to support smooth operations and adapt to industry changes.
Candidate Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require a strong analytical and problem-solving skillset. Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are also essential.

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in fund operations, financial services, administration, or KYC/onboarding processes.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
