This role is primarily responsible for providing Level 1 and 2 support for Treasury applications, which include Asset Liability Management, Risk Management, Data Management, and Trading systems.

Key objectives of the role include ensuring IT system availability, reliability, and performance that supports business processes globally. This involves performing proactive application health checks to prevent potential failures, managing incidents through to completion, engaging various IT teams in resolving incidents efficiently, and ensuring problem resolutions are released on-time and with high quality.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, and have a strong analytical mindset. They should also be proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.

Beyond technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, enabling them to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. A passion for technology and continuous learning is also essential, as is the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and systems.
