Job Title: Clinical Research Project Lead and Manager

Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Project Lead/Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and coordination of clinical research studies. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.

Duties and Tasks:
1. Assist in the planning and execution of clinical research studies.
2. Coordinate and oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of study data.
3. Conduct site visits to monitor study progress and ensure adherence to study procedures.
4. Manage study documentation, including case report forms and informed consent documents.
5. Collaborate with study investigators and study team members to ensure smooth study operations.
6. Conduct training sessions for study site personnel on study procedures and requirements.
7. Prepare study reports and contribute to the development of study protocols and study-related documents.
8. Stay updated on relevant regulations, guidelines, and industry best practices in clinical research.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
Prior experience as a clinical research associate or in a similar role.
Knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.
Good understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
