Hairstylist Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hairstylist to lead our team at NVISUALLY ACADEMY PTE. LTD. As a Hairstylist Leader, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hair care services to our clients while also mentoring and guiding our junior staff members.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Service: Provide personalized hair care services to clients, including hair styling, coloring, cutting, and treatments.
  • Team Management: Mentor and train junior staff members in hair care techniques and salon operations.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of salon products and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to provide excellent service.
  • Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with our marketing team to promote our salon services and products.
  • Customer Retention: Build strong relationships with our clients to ensure their loyalty and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Certifications: Possess professional certifications in hairstyling from accredited schools.
  • Experience: Have relevant experience in the beauty industry, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and a confident and dynamic personality.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is SGD $50,000 - SGD $70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
