Job Summary

We are seeking a Strategic Human Resource Leader to support our management team at CPO PTE. LTD.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers. They will also coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and job offers.
    • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and resolving issues promptly.
    • Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Performance Management:
    • Assist with the development and implementation of performance management processes, including performance reviews and goal-setting.
    • Support managers with employee performance issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • HR Policies & Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
    • Update and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with legal and best practice requirements.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, process HR documentation, and handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Provide administrative support in preparing HR reports and metrics.
    Requirements
    • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar HR role.
    • An understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
