AI System Optimization Engineer

We are looking for an AI engineer to work on AI-RAN systems with a strong background in artificial intelligence and data training. This role involves the development, optimization, and application of AI technologies within Radio Access Networks (RAN), contributing to the advancement of 5G and future networks.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to the design, development, and optimization of AI-RAN systems to improve wireless access network performance.
- Identify bottlenecks in RAN systems using AI technologies and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Apply machine learning, deep learning (including CNN, RNN, LSTM) to optimize network performance.
- Participate in data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and validation to ensure model accuracy and efficiency.
- Work closely with wireless communication engineers and R&D teams to ensure successful deployment and delivery of AI-RAN systems.
- Ensure scalability and long-term optimization of AI-RAN systems through collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field.
- Solid understanding of AI principles, machine learning, and deep learning technologies.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in AI.
- Proficiency in Python and C++ for developing and maintaining AI platform features.
- Experience with machine learning and deep learning algorithms, and familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch.
- Practical experience with data analysis, training, and tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Git.
- Strong desire for continuous learning and self-improvement.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Problem-solving ability and capacity to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
