Job Description

Job Title: IT Executive - Network and System Administration

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Executive to join our team at PERSOL Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and maintain our IT infrastructure and systems, including network devices, servers, and applications.
  • Configure and troubleshoot PCs, Wi-Fi, Internet connections, and application systems.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot network devices such as routers and hubs.
  • Plan, implement, verify, and troubleshoot LAN and WAN.
  • Configure and maintain servers, including operation and troubleshooting.
  • Construct, implement, configure, and troubleshoot various network security, including firewalls and VPN.
  • Internal control of IT.
  • Propose IT environment optimization plans, implementation, operation, verification, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage related documents.
  • Other administrative work and customer service related to the above operations.
  • Troubleshoot and train business systems.
  • Maintain VBA programs.

Requirements:

  • Business level Japanese to communicate with Japan HQ.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the same type of work.
