Job Details

We are seeking a skilled Spa Massage Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide high-quality spa massages adhering to industry standards.
2. Maintain exceptional service standards at all times.
3. Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of spa facilities, treatment rooms, and surrounding areas.
4. Prepare treatment products, replenish stocks, and manage towel supplies as needed.
5. Address customer queries and concerns efficiently and politely.
6. Follow instructions given by the Spa Manager.

Requirements:
1. ITEC or WSQ certification in massage therapy or equivalent qualification preferred.
2. Ability to work on weekends and public holidays with a 6-day workweek commitment.
3. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the spa industry.
4. Pleasant personality and strong work ethic required.
