Role Overview

This role involves installing, maintaining, and servicing Repligen systems throughout the Asia Pacific region. The successful candidate will work closely with local sales teams, product managers, and customer service personnel to provide remote and onsite support and troubleshoot technical issues.

As an Equipment Installation and Maintenance Professional, you will be responsible for installing equipment, training customers on its use, and performing site acceptance testing. You will also work in accordance with company SOPs and adhere to Repligen's quality system. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Install Repligen equipment at customer sites
* Provide training to customers on the use of installed equipment
* Perform site acceptance testing to ensure equipment meets specifications
* Collaborate with local sales teams, product managers, and customer service personnel to resolve technical issues
* Work in accordance with company SOPs and according to Repligen's quality system

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electro-mechanics or related discipline
* At least 8 years' experience in the repair, maintenance, and installation of equipment used in scientific instruments or laboratories
* Strong knowledge of cGMP and GDP regulations
* Electronic and mechanical aptitude required
* Experience with CSV (computer system validation) and GAMP regulations a plus
