High-Performance Motorbike Technician

This position involves advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on high-performance motorbikes to ensure exceptional service quality and efficiency.

The role requires expertise in performing complex engine rebuilds, transmission repairs, and electrical system troubleshooting. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for supervising junior technicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards, training and mentoring team members on advanced repair techniques and new technologies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Advanced Servicing & Repairs: Perform diagnostic tests using specialized equipment and tools.
  • Workshop Leadership: Supervise and train junior technicians to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Operations & Compliance: Manage service records and warranties with precision, monitor parts inventory levels and optimize stock accordingly.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years as a motorbike technician with extensive knowledge of high-performance brands.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in diagnostic tools (OBD-II scanners, dyno testing), welding/fabrication, and performance tuning.
  • Certifications (Preferred): ASE Certification or manufacturer-specific training (e.g., Yamaha, Kawasaki).
