Job Title: Senior Technical Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join our team as a Senior Technical Coordinator.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth coordination of shop drawings and as-built drawings across all relevant trades.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead reviews of shop drawings and as-built drawings to guarantee precision and adherence to project specifications
- Examine project specifications, shop drawings, and technical clarifications meticulously to identify potential issues
- Prepare and track progress of shop drawings and sample schedules in alignment with procurement schedule requirements
- Oversee submission and approval process of shop drawings and samples with consultants
- Manage receipt, tracking, and distribution of all consultant and shop drawings
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including consultants, authorities, subcontractors, and other working partners throughout construction phase
- Address and resolve any technical or coordination issues that arise within the project team or with external collaborators
- Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Mechanical & Electrical, or a related field
- Proficient in Autocad, Revit/BIM software in Architectural/Structural/MEP disciplines
