Job Title: Civil and Structural Engineering Site Supervisor

The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil and structural engineering, with experience in supervising mid-rise structure projects. They will possess expertise in contiguous bored pile (CBP), precast, steel, ERSS, piling, and all associated construction works.

Responsibilities include providing on-site supervision to ensure that construction is carried out in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and regulations. The candidate will oversee all aspects of construction, including keeping and submitting records of works, materials, equipment, attending meetings, and coordinating contractor's works with consultants and external parties.

About the Role:
  • Assist Consultants/client in the supervision and quality assurance of construction works on site
  • Ensure that all installation methods and materials used are in accordance with contract drawings and specifications
  • Liaise with contractors/sub-contractors in the coordination of site works
  • Highlight discrepancies, feedback site progress, and irregularities to Consultants
  • Ensure contractors maintain work safety, cleanliness, and tidiness of the site

The ideal candidate must be a registered Resident Technical Officer with relevant qualifications. A minimum of 10 years of site supervisory experience in educational institutions, commercial projects, or related fields is required. Civil, structure, and geotechnical works knowledge is essential.
