Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development CCTV Sales Representative to join our team at TP-LINK CORPORATION PTE. LTD.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to sell our range of CCTV products and solutions to customers, driving business growth through direct interaction and lead generation.

  • Sales Responsibilities:
  • Proactively engage with existing and new customers to understand their CCTV needs, manage inbound sales inquiries, and follow up on leads to drive conversions.
  • Provide expert advice on product specifications, features, and benefits to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up and excellent customer service.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product offerings, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare, present, and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to showcase the CCTV product range and its features to customers.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and provide excellent pre- and post-sales customer support.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive lead generation, develop effective sales strategies, and implement promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback in the CRM system.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Min. 2 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably in the CCTV or security system industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers, with excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to understand CCTV technical product specifications and convey them to customers clearly.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, with a results-driven attitude, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to communicate Mandarin effectively, as you will liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders and counterparts for work-related matters.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including medical insurance, annual leave, and professional development opportunities.
