Commercial Analyst Role">

As a Commercial Analyst, you will play a vital role in facilitating the governance process through conducting commercial/financial reviews; developing cost and pricing models; risk assessments; providing independent financial feedback to support approvers; decision making and meaningful analysis of pursuit trends/win/loss to facilitate business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

">

  • Facilitate finance bid review meetings, document action items and follow up with the proposal team.

  • Review bid financials, pricing assumptions and provide financial/risk assessments to approvers.

  • Prepare bid review reports and financial summaries (including P&L and cash-flow) for proposal and management teams.

  • Support bid teams to initiate credit checks on partners, subcontractors and clients, and ensure compliance with corporate finance guidelines.

Success Measures:

">

  • You will review at least 40 deals each year (deal sizes between $1M–$50M).

  • You will act as commercial analyst for 2–3 large deals each year (deal sizes between $5M–$50M).

">Required Skills Qualifications">

The ideal candidate should possess:

">

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.

  • At least 3 years of experience in Finance, Commercial Analysis, or Bid Management.

  • Strong expertise in Financial Modeling (P&L) and familiar with the financial domain.

  • Highly familiar with Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Strong analytical ability and eye for detail.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage with different stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently under stringent timelines with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to be agile, meticulous, outspoken, and resourceful.

  • Strong business/commercial acumen and analytical skills in risk management.
