Job Title: Accounts Specialist in Financial Administration

About the Job

This position is responsible for managing payment processing of vendor invoices, preparing payments, and maintaining up-to-date records. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage payment processing of vendor invoices and prepare payments
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Prepare expense and staff claims
  • Post receipts to system and send monthly Statements of Account (SOA) to customers
  • Reconcile overseas Purchase Orders, Invoices, and SOA

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have an O/A level or Diploma with basic accounting knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of MYOB software is an advantage.


Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is $2000-$2300 per month, based on the location and industry standards.
