Our primary objective is to contribute to the development of cutting-edge High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) products. This role requires a Design Validation Product Engineer with a passion for creating innovative solutions that cater to the needs of our customers in the Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence sectors.

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and validating HBM products, focusing on developing next-generation HBM designs. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and collaboration throughout the product life cycle. The successful candidate will also have opportunities to learn from and contribute to the team's groundbreaking technologies and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing HBM designs and prototypes
  • Validating HBM designs through hardware and software debugging, circuit simulations, and data analysis
  • Collaborating with internal departments and external customers to drive product success

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering
  • Experience in schematic design, simulation, data analysis, lab debugging, and pattern manipulation
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
